Product Description

X and Z guide rails are both hard rails; without: turret, chuck, center frame, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the main machine, assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic relevant standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Screw rod (PMI/HIWIN);

3. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearings use imported "SKF/NSK" bearings;

4. Main motor pulley and belt;

5. Screw rod bearings (NSK/FAG);

6. Encoder bracket;

7. One coupling for X/Z direction;

8. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, price to be determined separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea RYON/Taiwan Yichuan/Domestic Keput) installation completed;

2. Hydraulic center frame and bracket assembly;

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/Domestic Jianhua) installation completed, oil circuit distribution and installation;

4. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

5. Hydraulic controllable tailstock;

6. Built-in rotating tailstock sleeve;

7. Y-axis hard rail power turret, including drive and other accessories;

8. Brake assembly including support and brake disc.
