Product Description

X, Z, and Y guide rails are all linear guide rails; no: chuck, hydraulic station, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the optical machine (main machine), assembled, inspected, and painted according to relevant international and domestic standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Screw rod: domestic (NMC); or choose imported brands (PMI);

3. Linear rail domestic (FZS); or choose imported brands (PMI);

4. The spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearing uses domestic CSC (Great Wall) bearings. (Imported options can be selected according to requirements: "SKF/NSK" bearings.);

5. Main motor pulley, expansion sleeve, and belt;

6. Screw rod bearing (GOTO);

7. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof;

8. Tool turret: Sanhe SHD12Y-240/Baowei BW70Y-35-BMT40-12T (without motor and drive), including installation and debugging.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be selected according to customer requirements, price to be calculated separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea Ruiyan/Taiwan Yichuan/domestic Keput) installation completed;

2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/domestic Jianwa) installation completed, oil circuit distribution and installation;

4. Spindle hydraulic brake system assembly. (Including installation and debugging).
