Product Description

Both X and Z guide rails are hard rails; no: main machine with chuck, turret, center frame, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts, assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Screw (PMI/HIWIN);

3. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearings use imported "SKF/NSK" bearings;

4. Main motor pulley and belt;

5. Screw bearings (NSK/FAG);

6. Encoder bracket;

7. One coupling for X/Z direction;

8. Packaging: wooden base + rust prevention + moisture protection.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, price to be determined separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotary cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea RYON/Taiwan Yichuan/Domestic Keput) installation completed;

2. Turret; Zhengtong turret/Sanhe turret/Chengxin turret. (Including installation);

3. Hydraulic center frame and bracket assembly;

4. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

5. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/Domestic Jianwa) installation completed, oil circuit distribution and installation;

6. Hydraulic controllable tailstock;

7. Built-in rotating tailstock sleeve.
