Product Description

Both X and Z guide rails are linear guide rails; no: chuck, hydraulic station, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the optical machine (main machine), assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic relevant standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Lead screw made in China (NMC); or choose imported brands (PMI);

4. Linear rail made in China (FZS); or choose imported brands (PMI);

5. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearing uses domestic CSC (Great Wall) bearings. (Imported bearings can be selected according to requirements: "SKF/NSK");

6. Main motor pulley, shrink disc, and belt;

7. Lead screw bearing (GOTO);

8. Encoder bracket. (Encoder not included);

9. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof;

10. Tool turret: Sanhe SH80-8T/Sijia (without drive and motor).

Special configuration: (This configuration can be selected according to customer requirements, price to be calculated separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea Ruiyan/Taiwan Yichuan/domestic Keput) installation completed;

2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/domestic Jianwa) installation completed, oil circuit distribution and installation;
