Product Description

　　The X- and Z-axis guideways are both linear guideways; the machine tool (mainframe), including the chuck, hydraulic station, turret, motor, electrical components, electrical cabinet, and internal and external sheet-metal parts, has been assembled, inspected, and painted in accordance with relevant international and domestic standards.

　　Standard configuration:

　　1. High-quality resin-bonded sand casting;

　　2. Lead screw: imported (THK) or, alternatively, a domestic brand (NMC).

　　3. Linear guide rails: imported (THK) or, alternatively, domestic brand (FZS).

　　4. Spindle Assembly: The spindle is an NN‑type, modularly assembled design. The spindle bearings are domestically produced CSC (Great Wall) bearings; alternatively, imported SKF or NSK bearings may be selected upon request.

　　5. Pulley, shrink sleeve, and belt for the main motor;

　　6. Lead screw bearing (NSK);

　　7. Encoder bracket (without encoder);

　　8. Lubricating Oil Cylinder (River Valley);

　　9. One set of couplings for the X and Z axes;

　　10. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proofing + moisture-proofing.

　　Special Configuration (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, with pricing quoted separately):

　　1. The hydraulic chuck and the high-speed rotary hydraulic cylinder (from Germany’s ROHM, South Korea’s Ruiyan, Taiwan’s Yichuan, or China’s Kepute) have been installed.

　　2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

　　3. Hydraulic station: (Weisheng from Taiwan / Jia’er from China) has been installed; oil circuit distribution and installation are complete.

　　4. Servo turret (SH80-12T), including installation and commissioning.
