2023 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
The Yunnan Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was a great success. How to choose a laser cutting machine
With the rapid development of laser technology and the acceleration of manufacturing processes, traditional cutting equipment is being replaced by advanced laser cutting machines. Faced with a wide variety of laser cutting machines on the market, how should one choose? Some merchants exaggerate and deceive consumers by passing off inferior products as good ones, leaving many people dazzled. As the saying goes, outsiders watch the excitement while insiders see the tricks. Below, I will teach you some practical methods for selecting laser cutting machines.
The mold changing operation of a CNC bending machine.
In the manual page, give a suitable value to the opening (DY) and appropriately reduce the speed conversion point (the conversion point is usually set higher, with WS models typically at 60mm and PB models at 90-100mm, adjust this value according to the height of the upper and lower molds). The bending speed is usually reduced to appropriately increase the Y-axis position value (ensuring that the slider cannot automatically return). First, let the slider descend to a suitable position below the conversion point; use a special chain to suspend both ends of the lower mold from the two ends of the slider, and manually operate the return to lift the lower mold; then the operator flips according to the selected mold opening; finally, let the slider descend to align the upper and lower cutting edges. After the mold change operation is completed, restore the previously modified values to normal.
