Product Description

X and Z guide rails are linear guide rails; no: chuck, turret, hydraulic station, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the optical machine (main machine), assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic relevant standards.

The standard configuration is as follows:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Imported screw (THK); or choose domestic brand (NMC);

3. Imported linear rail (THK); or choose domestic brand (FZS);

4. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearing uses domestic CSC (Great Wall) bearings. (Imported bearings can be selected according to requirements: "SKF/NSK");

5. Main motor pulley, expansion sleeve, and belt;

6. Screw bearing (NSK);

7. Lubrication oil cylinder (Hegao);

8. A set of X and Z axis couplings;

9. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof.

Special configuration (this configuration can be selected according to customer requirements, price to be calculated separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea RYON/Taiwan Yichuan/domestic Keput) installed and dynamically balanced tested;

2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/domestic Jianhua) installed, oil circuit distribution and installation;

4. Y-axis power turret (SHD16Ybr-290), including accessories;

5. Spindle hydraulic brake system assembly.
