Product Description

X and Z guide rails are linear guide rails; excluding: chuck, turret, center frame, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the main machine, assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic relevant standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Screw (PMI/HIWIN);

3. Roller linear guide (PMI/HIWIN);

4. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, and the spindle bearings use imported "SKF/NSK" bearings;

5. Main motor pulley and belt;

6. Screw bearings (NSK/FAG);

7. Encoder bracket;

8. One coupling for X/Z direction;

9. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, with separate pricing):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea RYON/Taiwan Yichuan/Domestic Keput) installed and dynamically balanced tested;

2. Turret; BMT65 Sanhe turret/Zhengtong turret (including installation);

3. Hydraulic center frame and bracket assembly;

4. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

5. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng, Domestic Jianhua) installed, oil circuit distribution and installation;

6. Hydraulic controllable tailstock;

7. Built-in rotating tailstock sleeve;

8. Brake assembly including support and brake disc.
