Product Description

Both X and Z guide rails are hard rails; without: turret, chuck, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and internal and external protective metal parts of the main machine, assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic relevant standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Imported ball screw (THK/PMI);

3. Spindle assembly: the spindle is a NN structure assembled spindle, using domestic CSC bearings (optional imported "SKF/NSK" bearings);

4. Screw rod bearings: optional imported NSK bearings; and domestic CSC bearings;

5. Joint venture lubrication system (Hegao);

6. One coupling each for X/Z/Y;

7. Main motor pulley, tension sleeve, belt (Japan Samsung);

8. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, price to be determined separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea Ruiyan/Taiwan Yichuan/Domestic Keput) installed and dynamically balanced tested;

2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/Domestic Jianwa) installed, oil distribution and installation;

4. Encoder bracket (without encoder);

5. Y-axis hard rail power turret Chengxin TCSDY80H-12T-330 (including accessories);

6. Brake assembly including support and brake disc.
