(Germany ROHM / South Korea RYON / Taiwan Yichuan / Domestic Keput) installation completed. 2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection). 3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng / Domestic Jiayong) installation completed, oil circuit distribution and installation. 4. Tool turret; Sanhe tool turret SHD16U-330, SHD20U-330. 5. Encoder bracket. (No encoder) 6. Brake assembly.

Product Description

Both X and Z guide rails are hard rails; excluding: main machine without chuck, turret, motor, electrical components, electrical box, and peripheral sheet metal parts, assembled, inspected, and painted according to international and domestic standards.

Standard configuration:

1. High-quality resin sand casting;

2. Imported ball screw (PMI);

3. Spindle assembly: the spindle is an NN structure assembled spindle, using domestic CSC bearings. (Optional imported "SKF/NSK" bearings);

4. Screw rod bearings: choose imported NSK bearings; or domestic CSC bearings;

5. Joint venture lubrication system (Hegao);

6. One coupling each for X/Z;

7. Main motor pulley, tension sleeve, belt (Japan Samsung);

8. Packaging: wooden base + rust-proof + moisture-proof.

Special configuration: (This configuration can be customized according to customer requirements, price to be determined separately):

1. Hydraulic chuck and high-speed rotating oil cylinder. (Germany ROHM/Korea RYON/Taiwan Yichuan/Domestic Keput) installation completed;

2. Sheet metal (including internal and external protection);

3. Hydraulic station; (Taiwan Weisheng/Domestic Jianwa) installation completed, distribution and installation of oil circuits;

4. Turret; Sanhe turret SHD16U-330, SHD20U-330;

5. Encoder bracket. (No encoder);
