Release Date:

2023-07-04 15:57

1. Strictly implement the system of designated personnel and machines, and prohibit unauthorized operators from starting the machine. Operators must be familiar with the machine's performance, maintenance, and operating methods, and must operate according to the user manual and operating procedures. They can only operate the machine after passing the examination and obtaining approval from the relevant departments.

2. Wear protective equipment before starting work.

3. Before starting the machine, confirm the following:

1. The hydraulic and lubrication oil levels are normal, and oil is added according to the specified oil type.

2. Check the air pressure before work; if it does not reach the specified pressure, do not start the machine.

3. Before starting, open the oil-water separator discharge valve to release accumulated oil and water, and regularly replace the filtering materials of the oil-water separator according to the specific situation.

4. Check the oil level of the oil mist lubricator and maintain sufficient oil storage.

5. The machine's protective devices are intact and complete, the bed is well grounded, and it is not allowed to exceed limits or cancel interlock protection during operation.

6. The program protection switch is in the on position. After receiving the program or completing programming, the program protection switch should be turned on and the key removed to prevent program loss.

7. No miscellaneous items are allowed on the workbench, and the processing materials must be free of dirt.

8. The program instructions are correct, and the machine runs normally in idle.

9. The materials are smooth, flat, and uniform, and the workpiece processing does not exceed the working capacity of the machine.

10. Check all protective devices before use. The main machine should run the XY axis in a reciprocating motion without faults before allowing stamping work.

11. There should be a designated person for programming in the workshop, and a designated person for verification. Before inputting the program, check whether all control switch knobs are in the correct position.

12. When starting the machine, non-operators are prohibited from approaching within 2 meters of the machine, and barriers and warning signs should be set up.

13. During the use of the equipment, if any fault indicator light is on, the machine cannot work and must immediately troubleshoot before resuming work.

14. After changing the program, first run the machine without load; only if there are no faults is formal work allowed.

15. Strictly designate personnel and machines; personnel without operating certificates are not allowed to operate the machine. Designated maintenance personnel should be assigned for maintenance.

16. Carefully fill out equipment operation or handover records and other related forms, and sign for archiving.

4. After the machine is powered on, the following actions are prohibited:

1. Placing objects on the workbench leaning against the machine.

2. Inserting fingers, pry bars, or any other objects into the turret or workbench.

5. After the machine is started:

1. The operator must not leave the machine and must not leave their post, so that the machine can be stopped immediately in case of a fault.

2. Press the "FEED-HOLD" button, or raise the side positioning block, or open the clamp, to keep the machine in a full hold state, and do not approach the workbench.

6. Before performing maintenance, confirm the following:

1. Confirm that the power supply is turned off and the air switch is locked.

2. Electrical maintenance should be performed two minutes after power off.

3. Shut off the main air pipe and exhaust.

7. After processing, perform daily maintenance work and cut off the power and air supply.

1. Lubricate and oil according to the lubrication chart.

2. Clean the workbench.

3. Remove debris from the turret, empty the debris from the residue box, and clean the work area.

4. Check and clean the air filters on the doors of the electrical cabinet, logic cabinet, and servo cabinet.

8. After using the equipment, return all parts to their original positions and set to the origin.
